Battle of the Nations in Nintendo Wii

It was fun watching from our friends from Japan and Korea playing Nintendo Wii with us, the Singaporeans.

The spirit of their nation can be seem when they are playing the sport games, especially Sou and Junyoung. While Eddy at first was standing while playing, then he got tired and play while sitting. Hahahaha.

While the gals (Elisa and Ruth) were screaming while playing the wii games, in the end all had  their fair share of the game. Winston, Joshua.B and Hannah did their part in playing along and cheering for each other.

Below are the videos we recorded:

Tennis Game! We Did Not Get To Invite Andre Agassi

We had tennis today!

By the way, sorry for not updating the blog for as I was busy, and some of the games I was not able to be there.

Anyway, most of us were playing tennis for the first time, except Serene, the others like me, Hannah, Joshua.B, Ruth, Johan, Elisa, Winston were first timers.

Boy the ball was bouncy, and very different from table tennis (I am a table tennis player). I do not need to use a lot of strength to get the ball over the net. This is a game of controlling strength.

The girls were having fun, poking fun of those playing in the game. It was a enjoyable event.

We realised that the venue is also good for other things like BBQ, so we were thinking of having one after the Ester event. A lot of us were agreeable to the idea, just have to be plan and buy the food.

Opps, you may think that BBQ is a eating (makan) thing, so we will also put in swimming, as the pool is just next to it. Jumping in will be fun.

I think that tennis will be here to stay, just that it will not be so frequent as basketball. Next week, we will be having Nintendo Wii again, most properly held at my house. If I can find a bigger area with at least 32 inch T.V, then it will be better.

Anyway, below are the videos I took today. Just click on the play button.
